Leveraging our expertise in automation and financial services, as well as customer operations for factoring products, we have developed a pilot project for automating payment distribution and financing disbursement (considering limits, current balances, customer debts, and other factors).

The service is based on the operational algorithms and LLM with additional training on specific factoring processes and the ability to call functions from the FactorBox accounting system. We use only local LLM systems, and data is not transmitted to the cloud.

The AI operator can answer simple customer questions, such as current debt or shipments eligible for financing, or generate the necessary report.

All operations created by the AI employee must be confirmed by the factor's operations service and are completely secure thanks to a three-level operation confirmation system.
